Last day of work.

So yesterday was my last day of Work.  I worked at Scheels (a small sporting goods chain of 23 stores mostly in the midwest with 2 stores in Montana, and one in Nevada), our store is the largest sporting goods store in Montana and I was an Assistant Store Leader (assistant manager).  It was a surreal day with everyone hugging me and bringing me cakes and other sweets, I really felt loved, and will miss everyone there.  After only three years I really felt like I was home there.  Now I am moving on to do what God has planned for me, so I had to leave the comfort zone of my familiar job.

I am spending the next week at the camp where I heard my calling, and will follow that up with a week prepping my parents duplex I have been renting to sell.  I still have some work to do patching the drywall seems on a couple walls, painting, and then packing my stuff up for storage or the trip to San Anselmo.  The following two weeks will be spent climbing in the Tetons, and camping in the back country of the Bob Marshal Wilderness and Glacier Park.  I look forward to taking road trips with some of you to Yosemite this year (because it is so much more fun with a group of people!).

In just over a month we should all be settling in and getting ready for classes to start!  I can't wait to meet everyone!
